PAyments
· AccuQuilt accepts credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover), money orders and checks--including checks by phone and wire transfer. International customers, contact Customer Service for payment options. · All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. · Finance charges of 1 1/3% per month will be assessed on past-due accounts.
helPful hints for ordering
· Please refer to the Die Board Size Guide on page 29 of this catalog for die board sizes. · Uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers are proportional in size. Please order the same size. · Be sure to calculate shipping before discounts. Use the "Item Total" line to calculate. No discounts can be given on shipping. · Giant and super giant dies and the super giant die tray fit only in the AccuQuilt StudioTM Fabric Cutter (formerly GrandeMARKTM Roller Die Cutting Machine). · Be sure to order enough storage cases for all sizes of dies requested. · Replace die tray regularly on your StudioTM cutter. For most users, replacement is needed annually.
shiPPing & hAndling
We keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Shipping and handling charges are calculated as follows. Orders less than $115, add $8.00; orders $115 and more, add 7% of Item Total. For express shipping charges or if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO-FPO or outside the U.S., contact Customer Service at 888.258.7913.
returns
· Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from AccuQuilt must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of order or 10% restocking fee will apply. Returns and exchanges will not be allowed after 45 days from receipt of order. For products not purchased from AccuQuilt, please contact the store where the product was purchased. · Please call 888.258.7913 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
sAles tAx
Orders shipped to California and Nebraska will be charged sales tax. Please add appropriate sales tax amount to order. When applicable, attach a reseller certificate or exempt form to order. AccuQuilt may require sales tax on orders from additional states in the future. Please call Customer Service for details.

AccuQuilt WArrAnties
AccuQuilt StudioTM Fabric Cutters are guaranteed for three years. If you experience any defects in material or workmanship, simply notify AccuQuilt and we will repair or replace the cutter at no charge. All cutter die trays and cutting plastic are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty. Replace trays annually depending on use. All dies are guaranteed for one year. AccuQuilt GO!TM Cutter and dies are guaranteed for one year.
